Therapy for Grief, Trauma, Anxiety, and Life Transitions
Helping adults navigate grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, perinatal mental health concerns, and major life changes with compassion and evidence-based care.
At Cardinal Hope and Healing, I believe healing happens when people feel seen, understood, and supported. I work with adults facing grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health concerns, and major life transitions, providing a compassionate space to process challenges and develop practical tools for growth and healing.
Who I Help
You may be the person everyone else relies on while quietly carrying your own stress, anxiety, grief, or self-doubt. Perhaps you're navigating academic pressures, career uncertainty, relationship changes, motherhood, or questions about your identity and future. Whatever you're carrying, you deserve support, too.
I work with adults ages 18 and older, with a special focus on:
College students and young adults
Pregnant and postpartum women
BIPOC women
Individuals navigating anxiety and depression
Grief and loss
Trauma-related concerns
Life transitions and adjustment challenges
Individuals experiencing periods of crisis or needing safety planning support
How I Can Help
Grief and Loss
Whether you're grieving the death of a loved one, experiencing pregnancy loss, or navigating another significant loss, therapy can provide support as you process difficult emotions and adjust to life changes.
Trauma Recovery
Past experiences can continue to affect relationships, emotions, and daily functioning. Together, we can explore ways to process trauma, build resilience, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
Anxiety and Depression
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted, therapy can help you better understand your experiences, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful change.
Perinatal and Postpartum Mental Health
The journey to and through parenthood can bring unexpected emotional challenges. I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, identity changes, infertility, pregnancy loss, and postpartum adjustment.
Life Transitions
Major life changes, including career shifts, relationship changes, becoming a parent, caregiving responsibilities, or adjusting to a new stage of life, can feel overwhelming. Therapy can help you navigate uncertainty with greater confidence and self-understanding.
